  3. Kick-Off Meeting

    Once you’ve confirmed, you meet to agree goals, expectations and how you’ll work together.

  4. High-Level Planning

    The key elements of your event are organized within the agreed scope, so its overall shape is clear early on.

  5. Logistics Planning

    Timings, suppliers and operational details are worked through, giving the day a clear structure.

  6. Updates

    You stay involved at the level you prefer, with updates as the plans come together.

  7. Event Day
