   Val takes time to understand your requirements, then prepares a proposal shaped around your event and the service you need.

   ## Kick-Off Meeting

   Once you’ve confirmed, you meet to agree goals, expectations and how you’ll work together.

   ## High-Level Planning

   The key elements of your event are organized within the agreed scope, so its overall shape is clear early on.

   ## Logistics Planning

   Timings, suppliers and operational details are worked through, giving the day a clear structure.
